Aberdeen record there first victory of the season!!!

Aberdeen recorded there first win and scored there first goals of the season at Pittodrie today. In an entertaining match the Dons dominated the first half and could have been more than 2-0 up at half time. The first goal came after big Josh made a great run and cut the ball back for Rob Milsom to slot the ball home from close range. The Dons continued to dominate the game and created a multitude of chances giving the Dons fans something to finally cheer about.

The Dons grabbed there second goal of the match after a suspicious decision from Caley thistle in defence /allowed Scott Vernon to go through one on one with Esson and slot the ball home for his first of the season. It was nice to see the Dons full of confidence and passing the well and they went in 2-0 up at half time.

The game was a bit more end to end in the second half with Caley coming more in to the game making things a bit more nervy for the home fans. Chris Clarke made his first appearance for the Dons but was rarely in the game and Mitch Megginson also came off the bench and caused quite a few problems. Caley eventually got there goal with Ritchie Foran scoring after Mawene made a blunder but all in all the Dons looked good and were worth the 3 points.

We now move on to face Dundee in the cup midweek and hopefully we can get another result to keep the momentum going. Let's hope we can also see Mohamed Chalali finish his deal and get a start and possibly  goal.
