Charlie Mulgrew has given Aberdeen some good news ahead of tonights match with hearts at tynecastle. The Aberdeen defender has stated that he is more than open to staying at Pittodrie and extending his contract. On other news fronts Tommy Wright has now been released from his contract with the dons. The english hitman managed only one league goal since joining last year. We wish Tommy all the best in the future.

Still no further news on strikers Stephen McLean and Stephen Dobbie but Mark Mcghee is still hopeful of bringing in new faces before the tranfer window closes.
